Bryan meyer, leed AP
Bryan is our in-house expert on Green Building and energy efficiency. He earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1996 from the University of Minnesota. Bryan’s work received a 2005 AIA Honor Award, and his home designs have been published several times.

Marc Asmus, Lead Architect, AIA
Marc is our lead architect. He earned his degree from the University of Minnesota in 1986, and he has won numerous AIA awards. Marc’s designs have ranged from entry-level up to multi-million dollar homes that have been featured in a variety of national magazines.

Kevin Terrell
Kevin earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota in 1995. He has a wide range of business leadership experience and has always focused on improving the customer experience. Kevin has led nationally recognized teams and built a 95% customer recommendation rate from new home owners.

Rhonda Pike
Rhonda is an intern architect who graduated with her Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota in 2009. She has focused on all aspects of residential design since joining Hive after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 2006. Rhonda also leads our marketing and 3-D modeling efforts.

Paul Stankey
Paul earned his Bachelor of Environmental Design and Master of Architecture degrees from Montana State University in 2001. He was a founder of Ridgeline Builders in Bozeman and his home designs have been featured in several magazines. Paul provides leadership based on his considerable experience in affordable design.
